Tuesday's Slate: Carnival, CarMax, and Concentrix Report
Not financial advice. Verify claims independently.
Before Micron takes the week, Tuesday September 29 delivers a consumer triple-header:
- Carnival (CCL) — Q3 report. The tell is booked occupancy vs. pricing. CCL has beaten EPS recently but still trades under its 50-day average — watch whether net yields finally turn the chart.
- CarMax (KMX) — the cleanest read on used-car affordability and consumer credit health. Analysts sit at Hold; a miss on unit margins matters more than headline EPS.
- Concentrix (CNXC) — enterprise CX spend, quiet read on corporate cost-cutting appetite.
Tuesday's tape is the appetizer — three different lenses on the same question: is the consumer still spending?
